What you can change

Email address

Update the email address associated with your account. A confirmation may be sent to verify the new address.

Password

Change your account password. Requirements:

• Minimum 8 characters
• At least one special character
• Must be confirmed (enter twice)

Username

Your username is set during registration and appears in your public URLs (lnknapp.com/yourusername). Contact support if you need to change it.

Forgot your password?

Go to lnknapp.com/forgot-password to receive a password reset link by email.

Forgot your username?

Go to lnknapp.com/forgot-username and enter your email address. Your username will be sent to you.

Deleting your account

To delete your account, contact support. Account deletion is permanent and removes all your pages, links, and analytics data.
